Notes:

  • This is a LEGAL CONTRACT between the above-named client and MAA's Entertainment.  Contract is not considered valid until signed in person with a MAA's Entertainment representative.
  • Any and all discounts will be applied when contract is signed in person.
  • Minimum of $100.00 deposit is required. 
  • Balance is due the day services are rendered.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Charges are based on four [4] hours of service.  There will be a $100.00 charge for each additional hour.
